Renée Pelvic Health provides in-home women's pelvic floor therapy to help you regain function and quality of life. Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized area of rehabilitation to treat pelvic floor dysfunction causing problems with urinating, having bowel movements, and engaging in intimacy.


Renée is a French word meaning "reborn" and signifies the therapeutic process clients undergo through pelvic floor therapy. Through therapy with me, we'll work together to help you reach your goals, reconnect to yourself, and develop a better understanding of your body. Renée Pelvic Health aims to be a safe, trauma-informed resource for women living with pelvic floor dysfunction. It prioritizes quality, collaboration, and individualization in its approach to care.

Meet Your Therapist

Kristen Gualbert, MS, OTR/L


Kristen graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2010 and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019.  She is passionate about the role of occupational therapy within healthcare, increasing the availability of pelvic health therapy services, and providing high-quality care to the individuals she works with. She has experience working with the adult and geriatric populations in home health, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation.  She has pursued additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, including internal assessment and treatment techniques, from leaders in pelvic floor occupational therapy. She is a lifelong learner and continues to expand her knowledge and skills through ongoing mentorship and continuing education.

Kristen grew up in Upstate New York. Now a proud Long Islander, she lives in Rocky Point with her husband, daughter, and rescue pitbull. She enjoys running, all things Gilmore Girls, advocating for the bully breed of dogs, and travel. The name for Renée Pelvic Health was inspired by her late mother.
